GearUp is a small, independent project, so when you get in touch you are reaching the person who wrote the books, not a call centre.

What we can help with

• Account and access: trouble logging in, resetting your password, or opening a book you have purchased.
• Payments: questions about a charge, a receipt, or a duplicate payment.
• Privacy: any request about your personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Anything else: feedback, suggestions, or a question about the books.

Response time

We aim to reply within one to two business days. If your books are not working, tell us the email you used to buy them and what you are seeing, and we will sort it out quickly.
